Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor who lives commutable to the Gloucester region to join one of our clients on a full-time employed basis.

Excellent opportunity to join an established and growing Electrical Contractor business with 40 years' industry experience. Our client is a small to medium size business that provides a complete range of electrical services across both domestic and commercial sectors.

Job Summary:

Mainly working office-based, with some site visits/meetings.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations.
- Ensure results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
- Monday to Friday position.
Position includes Company Vehicle, Pension, Holiday Pay, Annual Bonus, etc.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience as a qualified electrician.
- Hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (BS 7671), City & Guilds 2382, 2391, etc.
- Must have good experience as a qualified electrical supervisor, ideally NICEIC, NAPIT, or equivalent level.
- Experience across either domestic electrical work or commercial electrical work.
- Good communication & management skills.
