Buckinghamshire Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is looking to recruit two qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners to join our team at the Amersham Health Centre.
Buckinghamshire MHST are one of the national trailblazer sites for this Department of Health and Department of Education project.
The team have now expanded their reach in Buckinghamshire with 7 teams working with primary, secondary schools and some further education settings. You'll join a team of EMHP and trainee EMHP Workers to support schools across the locality. To be successful you should have completed the 1 year HEE commissioned ‘Education Mental Health Practitioner’ course.
The roles are full time but part time applications will be considered.
This role is eligible for an incentive scheme of £3,500 paid at intervals over an 18-month period. All payments are pro-rata, non-pensionable and subject to a clawback clause. Please note that only employees external to Oxford Health NHS are eligible for this scheme.
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
