Qualified Accountant: Qualified Accountant
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £45,000 Starting Salary

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Accountant to join their growing team based in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of practice experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements.
2. Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting and tax advice.
3. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
4. Train and mentor junior staff members.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

1. Newly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
2. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
