Salary: £30,000 – £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated QTS Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Christchurch. Whether you're looking for an immediate start or a September placement, this is a fantastic opportunity to help young learners grow and thrive!

About the Role:

As a QTS Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You will work across a range of subjects, encouraging curiosity and building the foundation for lifelong learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, creativity, and student well-being
3. Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
4. Encourage pupil development both academically and personally
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school community and learning experience

What You Need:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Essential.
2. Experience teaching in a mainstream primary school setting.
3. SEN experience is an added bonus.
4. Overseas-trained teachers are also encouraged to apply.
5. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
6. A current CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
7. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
