Job Title: QTS Supply Teachers Needed - Day-to-Day Cover
Location: Various schools across East Lancashire
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable QTS supply teachers for day-to-day cover in secondary schools across East Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for flexible, short-term assignments, or those who are between permanent roles. You will be responsible for covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring the continuity of learning while maintaining a positive and effective classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver lessons according to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
2. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
3. Support students in their learning and development, helping them engage with the lesson content.
4. Follow the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
5. Provide feedback to the school on student progress and behaviour.
6. Adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with school staff.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent teaching experience, ideally within secondary schools.
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and subject areas.
5. A passion for teaching and supporting students' educational development.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
