QTS English Teacher Nottingham

Aspire People are currently seeking a Qualified English Teacher to teach KS3-4 in one of secondary schools in NG9 area.

All the lesson planning will be done by the school.

You will need to hold QTS or NQT and have experience teaching English to KS3-4 students. The school will consider alternative qualifications if the candidate possesses extensive experience teaching the above subject and excellent class management.

Job Details:

1. Location: NG9
2. Position: QTS English
3. Type of work: KS3-4
4. Start date: after Easter break
5. Likely Duration: Long term, till the end of the academic year
6. Days: 5 days a week
7. Rate of pay: £165 - £185 - Per Day depending on qualifications (cover supervisor or qualified teacher) and experience
8. Hours: 8:20am-4pm (term time only)

Additional Requirements:

1. Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
2. Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
3. Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
4. Provide two professional child related references.
