Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance: Implement systems to deliver quality parts to customers on time.
2. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving quality issues.
3. Risk Management: Develop policies and training to minimize associate injury risks.
4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
5. Audits: Perform internal and supplier audits to enhance systems and ensure quality.
6. Training: Coordinate and conduct supplier training on quality and HSE systems.

Special Circumstances:

1. Multitasking: Prioritize tasks and coordinate efforts across departments in a fast-paced environment.
2. Travel: Occasionally travel to other facilities, customers, and suppliers.
3. Collaboration: Obtain cooperation from individuals reporting to other managers using effective communication and project management skills.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing Management, or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience with SAP or similar ERP software (training provided).
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
7. Ability to travel occasionally overnight and/or internationally.
8. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental standards (ISO 14001 and 45001).
9. Certified lead auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (desirable).
10. NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Management Certificate.
11. Experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in a similar industry.
12. Knowledge in Quality Management Systems with specific knowledge in ISO 9001/2015 ver.
