Are you an experienced Senior Analytical Chemist / Senior QC Analyst or QC Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? Due to an internal promotion, our Chemical industry client is offering a fantastic opportunity to progress into a QC Manager role.

You will be expected to run a team of 3 QC Analysts and ensure all final products meet specifications. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the new R&D team and assist a newly acquired sister company.

What we're looking for:

1. Experience in training and/or mentoring new or existing staff
2. A minimum of a BSc in a Chemistry-related field
3. Essential experience in HPLC and GC techniques
4. A passion for driving quality and ensuring regulatory compliance
5. Leadership potential and a desire to step into a managerial position
