A new opportunity for a pivotal role and member of the Quality and Food Safety Department, leading your team in a successful category and working within a business that invests in people and continuously develops their staff while encouraging and demonstrating progression.
As the QC & Laboratory Manager, you'll have experience in Food Manufacturing, Laboratory knowledge, and Team Management.
Experience working within food manufacturing or a laboratory is required, as well as exposure to managing a team. Proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
Knowledge of BRCGS standards and auditing processes, expertise in food testing, quality control, and traceability systems are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Your role will involve liaising with various departments across the site, and the position will suit a self-motivated and engaging personality with the ability to communicate at all levels.
