QC Inspector

Our client is currently recruiting for a QC Inspector. Based in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Perform tests and measurements using various tools and equipment.
3. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
4. Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
7. Communicate effectively and cooperate with all relevant contractors.
8. Provide support to others as identified and required.
9. Promote and protect the company image.
10. Undertake tasks as required.
11. Be diligent and professional in pursuit of job.
12. Implement the company's QHSE system in all aspects of project activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines and regulations.
4. Ability to analyse data and interpret technical specifications.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
