Quality Assurance Officer / QA Officer

Paying up to £29,000 + Benefits

Based in Kent, South East UK.

My client is a Pharmaceutical manufacturers and they are looking for a QA Officer to join their team based in Kent. You'll be working with and alongside skilled scientists, and you'll be an integral part of the team's production efforts. This role would suit someone looking to move from QC analysis to a QA role.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join my clients fast paced and growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of products by supporting all departments and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and protocols set by MHRA, FDA etc .

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve all pre- and post-production documentation.
• Conduct thorough quality reviews of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, complaints, and out-of-specifications.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Support product recalls as needed.
• Manage and maintain quality agreements and questionnaires with external companies.
• Develop and maintain the company training matrix, conducting quarterly reviews of employee training records.

Qualifications:

• BSc/ MSc in Chemistry or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant quality experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Excellent report writing and prioritization skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
