An established industry player is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance processes for cladding works at a major power generation facility. This role involves maintaining high standards of quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring all materials meet required specifications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in QA/QC management, particularly in cladding or roofing packages, and hold relevant health and safety certifications. Experience in QA/QC management specifically for cladding works.
Certification in health and safety (CSCS/CCNSG or IOSH/NEBOSH) required.

Oversee QA & QC processes for cladding works at a power generation facility.

Position: QA/ QC Manager

Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands

Hours: Monday - Friday | 9-10 hours per day

Start Date: ASAP

Duration:12 Months

PAYE (Direct) Pay Rates:

Day Rate:
£300.00 - £400.00 per day

The Role:

This person will be responsible for overseeing QA & QC processes specific to cladding works ongoing at a large power generation facility.

Maintain standards to ensure quality in cladding works.
Keep a record of QA processes, including inspection plans, checklists, and compliance documents.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure cladding work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Verify that all materials used in cladding meet required specifications and standards.
Work closely with other project teams (e.g., structural, architectural) to integrate cladding works seamlessly.

Requirements:

Must have experience as QA/QC responsible for Cladding/ Roofing packages.
CSCS/ CCNSG or IOSH/ NEBOSH certificate.
Experience of working on industrial sites (ie power stations, refineries, steelworks)
