Quality Assurance Officer

Runcorn

12-Month FTC

Up to £32,000 depending on experience plus a Retention Bonus of £900+

4 days a week on site and 1 Working From Home

Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in Quality Assurance, compliance, or customer complaints investigation? We're hiring on behalf of a global healthcare company specialising in lifesaving medicines and technologies for a QA Officer on a 12 month FTC basis. There is also one additional role on a 6 month FTC basis so please apply now to be considered.

Both roles offer the ability to work 1 day a week from home as part of the working pattern and a Retention Bonus of over £900.

Duties:

  1. Support supplier non-conformance investigations and process improvements
  2. Assist with Periodic Quality Reviews (PQRs) and supplier data management
  3. Maintain and update external audit records
  4. Draft and support Quality Agreement reviews
  5. Provide key administrative and quality support to the team
