Shift: Days (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Benefits: 25 days + Bank Holiday, Death in service 2x Salary

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Management System
2. Conduct supplier audits
3. Enhance and implement HACCP systems
4. Coordinate with all departments on project improvement initiatives
5. Leading factory external audits

Requirements:

1. Ideally, 5 years of experience in management (QA Manager or QC Manager)
2. Strong leadership and people management abilities
3. Background in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing
4. Expertise in microbiological and chemical testing
5. HNC/HND/Degree qualification
6. Strong understanding of HACCP principles
