The Role

As a QA Food Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with relevant legislation and regulations. You will use your experience working for a BRC food company to conduct quality checks on incoming materials, packaging, and finished products, carrying out routine testing, and preparing samples for assessment.
You will also support the technical department in ensuring compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and H&S procedures, and play a key role in preparing for retail and BRC audits.

The work is based on-site at their Coventry site.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:

1. Degree-level qualifications in a food science discipline
2. At least 3 years of experience as a QA Food Technologist at a BRC food company
3. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety procedures
4. Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
5. Experience in auditing and food hygiene qualifications are highly desirable
