As a Python Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing backend services that process vast amounts of security telemetry data. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale data processing and distributed systems within a cybersecurity context.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop backend services that process high volumes of security telemetry data
2. Build and maintain data processing pipelines to transform raw security events into actionable insights
3. Develop and optimize APIs to support detection and response functionalities
4. Collaborate with the threat research team to implement complex detection logic
5. Enhance the performance of data-intensive operations
6. Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code within an agile development team

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of professional Python development experience
2. Strong understanding of data processing and stream processing concepts
3. Experience with ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy
4. Solid knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
5. Proven experience in building and maintaining production APIs
6. Familiarity with software testing and test automation best practices
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
