  2. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and optimize PV system layouts for maximum efficiency.
  3. Oversee technical specifications, PV yield assessments, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and design documentation.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and health & safety regulations.
  5. Provide technical support to internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  6. Contribute to the development of design standards and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
  7. Represent the company in external meetings, industry bodies, and events to strengthen its reputation in the renewable energy sector.

About You
Essential Experience:
  1. 10+ MWp ground-mount solar PV system design experience.
  2. Proficiency in design software such as PVSyst, PVSol, Helioscope, SAM, or AutoCAD.
  3. Strong understanding of photovoltaic technology and system components.
  4. Experience in design review and approval processes.
  5. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Experience with rooftop and carport solar PV system design.
  2. Strong electrical knowledge, including single-line diagrams, cable calculations, and HV design.
  3. Experience with grid applications and coordination.

For this role we are looking for a candidate with experience within an engineering, procurement and construction environment with experience from design through to completion.

You have the opportunity to:

  1. Be part of a company committed to accelerating the transition to clean energy.
  2. Lead a growing and ambitious team in a fast-evolving industry.
