We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant working within a high volume finance team. This is a great opportunity to work 25 hours a week which offers full flexibility around the days and hours.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Matching purchase orders
Processing mileage and expenses
Coding up invoices and gaining authorisations
Dealing with query management
Supplier statement reconciliations
General administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience within a finance function ideally purchase ledger
Able to prioritise own workload
Team player within a small close knit team
Strong communication skills at all levels
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
