As a Publishing Manager, part of the Originals and Training team for publishing in the UK Newsroom, you will create brand connection and product desire via innovative storytelling and publishing, rooted in entertainment, sport, culture, and real-time consumer engagement through two key functions: social and partner publishing.
What you'll do:
Deliver compelling social storytelling for adidas Originals and Training, ensuring creativity and innovation are landed against target consumers for key campaigns across priority platforms. You will land brand and category messaging with the culturally aware and discerning Gen-Z UK lifestyle consumer, through owned, paid, and partner publishing, driving conversation both one-to-one and at scale.
You know your way around social media - and will fine-tune what goes in-feed, be on top of the latest trends on TikTok, be clear on what makes people watch beyond the first few seconds, and be able to flag any emerging partners, influencers, or opportunities on platforms before anyone else. We're privileged to work on industry-leading campaigns and with some of the most relevant culture talent and institutions in the world - and adidas needs to be present in the biggest moments for our audience and our partners.
Relationship management and attention to detail are critical. Our publishing gets seen by millions - you should be able to win your local spelling bee and have an eye for creative review. You will manage the execution, delivery, and publishing of content within the rollout for Originals and Training and give regular updates - in reports and in person in team and category meetings.
