Public Sector Pension Consultant - Governance

Do you have a background in the pensions industry and are you keen to help those who run pension schemes operate effectively? Or do you want to focus on offering your clients support in specialist governance areas, e.g. risk management, diversity, equity and inclusion, or cyber governance? Working in our market-leading and award-winning Public Sector Team as a Governance Consultant could be exactly the role you are looking for!
This role can be office-based at multiple UK offices including Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Farnborough, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester or St. Albans. The role can also be home working or hybrid providing full flexibility to suit various individual needs.

Governance of public sector pensions schemes is evolving at a rapid pace. Our clients are mainly Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administering authorities but we also work with other public sector scheme managers and employers.
Some of the specific challenges you will be helping our clients overcome include:
Working with your colleagues in our Public Sector Retirement Team, you’ll also help develop and market new client solutions, using expertise from within the public sector team and Aon’s wider global services.
