PTS Site Engineer (OLE)

Our client is looking for PTS Site Engineers to work on a contract based in South Wales. As the site engineer, you will be able to demonstrate a background in rail projects with a bias towards OLE civils works.

Key Skills Required for this Role

Our client, a prominent entity in the Rail industry, is currently seeking a PTS Site Engineer (OLE) for a contract position. This exciting role offers an initial 6-month contract and involves working on key rail electrification and civils projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out engineering assurance checks on site during construction works
• Collect as-built information and ensure accuracy
• Ensure all works are carried out to Network Rail standards and construction tolerances
• Relay all as-built information to the engineering team promptly
• Undertake site-based works including setting out
• Work with foundations and bases, ensuring precise execution

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in site engineering within the rail sector
• Proficiency in rail civils projects as a Site Engineer
• Strong understanding of rail electrification and civils projects
• Familiarity with Network Rail standards and construction tolerances
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collect and relay technical information accurately
• Experience with foundation and base works
• Engineering qualification or equivalent in a related field
