Psychotherapist

Tripod Partners are looking for a UKCP or BACP registered Psychotherapist to join a community mental health service in Salisbury. The role involves delivering evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with common mental health disorders, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver therapeutic interventions based on NICE guidance (e.g. CBT, DIT, IPT, Counselling for Depression).
2. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and provide reports as required.
3. Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
4. Support governance initiatives and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement.

Position Details:

Location: Salisbury
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £26 per hour
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

1. Registered with UKCP or BACP.
2. Postgraduate training and accreditation in a NICE-recognised modality (e.g. CBT, DIT, IPT, Counselling for Depression).
3. Minimum 2 years' experience in a mental health role.
4. Up-to-date certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), AED, Anaphylaxis, Infection Control.
5. Safeguarding training to Level 3 (Children and Adults)
