Sociology and Psychology Teacher

• Pay: £150 - £250 per day
• Location: Tower Hamlets, London
• Job Type: Full-time
• Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated Sociology and Psychology Teacher to join our educational team in Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality education in the fields of Sociology and Psychology and is ready to start immediately.

To be an ideal fit for this role you musthave a DBS or be willing to apply for one.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Sociology and Psychology lessons to students.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to maximise student learning.
• Attend faculty meetings and training sessions to stay updated on educational standards and advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Sociology and/or Psychology at a secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational psychology.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
