Exciting Opportunity for Psychology and Criminology Graduates: Join Teaching Personnel!

About the Role:

In this position, you will be working directly with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting individual students in their daily routines
2. Engaging them throughout the school day to help achieve specific learning objectives
3. Assisting in identifying triggers and employing effective de-escalation tactics when required
4. Regularly reporting on pupils' behaviors and achievements

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

1. Holds a pending or qualified degree in Psychology or Criminology
2. Possesses excellent behaviour management skills
3. Has strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others
4. Is open to training in Team Teach and Manual Handling

Compensation:
