We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at Tower Behavioral, a leading provider of acute behavioral healthcare services. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health conditions through personalized care that may include psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medication management, and hospitalization when necessary. The position will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patients' mental and emotional health, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure the medical stability of patients. This role is critical in delivering comprehensive mental health services, focusing on improving patient outcomes and promoting overall well-being. Tower Behavioral Health is a 144 bed, advanced, innovative facility located in Reading, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art hospital provides comprehensive treatment for adolescents and adults who are struggling with mental health concerns and co-occurring addiction. At Tower Behavioral Health, our evidence-based treatment solutions are tailored to improve the well-being of those we care for. Our treatment center offers programs to address general psychiatric diagnoses, mood disorders, and dual diagnosis concerns, through which we are able to provide targeted treatment to address the specific needs of each individual.
Full Time Psychiatrist - Dual Diagnosis Unit - Monday to Friday - 40 hour week, onsite.
