Are you an experienced Engineering Manager, Depot Manager or General Manager currently looking for the next step on the career ladder?

We are looking for a Chief Engineer / Area Engineering Manager in London if you are!

We are seeking an individual who will accept nothing less than the highest engineering standards possible. You'll be passionate in ensuring engineering practice is robust, “future proof” and astutely developed in-line with industry developments.

Your visible presence within multiple PSV / PCV garages is crucial so you will definitely be out and about visiting and working closely with the depots.

The successful candidate will be a well-established, Senior Engineering Leader with excellent technical knowledge. Knowledge or a background in the PSV sector would be desirable but by no means essential.

You will be able to evidence your ability to build high performing teams and provide trusted leadership. You will also have experience in personal development and performance improvement at a senior level within engineering.

A commercial awareness relating to HSQE, IOSH, VOSA and ideally - an understanding of TfL/DfT policy and requirements.

A previous, proven track record in multisite engineering management is essential.
