Protection and Control Design Engineer

The Role
I am seeking skilled Senior Electrical Engineers to join a multi-disciplinary Engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll serve as a design authority, collaborate on control and protection equipment designs, mentor colleagues, and directly contribute to the energy transition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Protection & Control cabinet designs.
- Answer technical queries and oversee factory testing and commissioning.
- Provide specialized interfacing expertise in Protection & Control for transmission networks.
- Deliver type testing programs for bespoke P&C solutions.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, coupled with relevant experience.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Protection & Control equipment design for substations of 13kV and above.
- Demonstrate proficiency in configuration and validation using respective software.
- Showcase strong communication and coordination skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
