Product Design Teacher

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Product Design Teacher to work under our agency. This school is rated Good by Ofsted. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher with a strong background in design and technology to inspire and educate students in a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
AS A PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER, YOU WILL:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Product Design.
- Develop students' creativity and technical skills through practical projects and theoretical lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in school events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging all students to achieve their potential.
THE RIGHT PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER WILL BE:
- Hold a teaching qualification relating to Product Design.
- Confident with teaching GCSE Product Design.
- Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box.
THE SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Exceptional degree relating to Product Design such as theatre design, product design, graphics, silversmithing, or architecture.
- Teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide teaching references for the last 2 years.
Salary paid to scale - GBP169 to GBP258 per day (Fringe pay).
