What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and roadmap for propositions within Vodafone’s Handset and Device Lifecycle Propositions team – owning Ask Once (our flagship Customer Experience proposition), our refurbished propositions, and our device care propositions like Lifetime Service Promise.
In this exciting role, you’ll be empowered to be creative and innovative, developing propositions that enhance customer value and loyalty. You will be responsible for leading on strategy in this space and working with delivery teams to define the roadmap for growth. For propositions already in play, you will be accountable for performance optimisation. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering, and finding ways to increase market share whilst maintaining a happy customer base.
