Proposals Engineer, Technical Sales Oil and Gas

Proposals Engineer required to take responsibility for the end-to-end proposal process including quotations, bid, and tender response.

Key Skills:

1. HNC, HND or Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Familiarity with Commercial and Technical review processes ideally in an Oil and Gas technical sales role.
3. IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
4. Control systems experience with DCS, SCADA, or PLC.
5. Proficiency in drawing packages such as AutoCAD and MS Visio.
6. Customer focus on internal and external customers.

1. Preparation of Engineering proposals for products and services.
2. Interpretation of external technical specifications into a compliant technical proposal.
3. Price propositions within company strategies on sales and marketing, charge-out rates, and engineering resources.
4. Single point of contact for the client.
