Trainee Applications/Technical Engineer

The ROLE
Due to the continued expansion of their European Headquarters, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Trainee Applications Engineer / Technical Engineer to join their team specializing in rentals of vapor combustion units, incinerators, and flares. Focusing on technical support through application solutions, proposal creation, and customer-facing technical support, you will be responsible for:

1. Gaining an understanding of customer's technical requirements
2. Building strong customer relationships
3. Assisting with preparing technical and commercial proposals for customers
4. Proposal design
5. Following up on proposals and attending clarification meetings
6. Presenting internally and to customers at their locations
7. Providing internal project support
8. Visiting established and potential customer plants, which will involve foreign travel

The successful Applications/Technical Sales Engineer candidate will be:

1. A well-qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)

5. Experienced in a manufacturing environment
6. Willing to travel internationally
