Property Support Officer needed in Kettering Paying £13.93 per hr ref 1483949

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing and maintaining our property portfolio, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Management
    • Assist in the management and maintenance of the property portfolio.
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
    • Ensure properties are compliant with health and safety regulations.
  2. Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate records of property inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to property management.
  3. Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a point of contact for tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to property management.
  4. Budget Management
    • Assist in managing budgets for property maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented for property-related issues.
