Temporary Property Support Admin Officer

Location: Northamptonshire RQ1483949

Office based

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a property administration or similar administrative role.
  2. Must have estate agent, legal and housing experience.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with property management software is a plus.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  5. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities in a busy environment.

The Property Support Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support within the Property Management team. The role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, coordinating property maintenance, handling tenant queries, and maintaining accurate records.
