If so, Moxie People are looking for a passionate Property Services Manager on a part-time basis to join a purpose-driven charity making a difference in Neath Port Talbot.

This is your chance to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality housing services for families affected by domestic abuse. As the Property Services Manager, you'll take ownership of property maintenance, compliance, and service improvement across 25 homes in Neath Port Talbot.

From reactive repairs to long-term property planning, you'll ensure that each home is safe, well-maintained, and legally compliant.

What's on offer:

  • Property Services Manager
  • Based in Neath Port Talbot (Hybrid working)
  • 21 hours per week (over 3 or 5 days)
  • £35,700 FTE (£21,420 actual salary)
  • Permanent

What you'll do as Property Services Manager:

  • Carry out property inspections and oversee repairs across supported housing properties in Neath Port Talbot.
  • Effectively manage a network of local maintenance contractors ensuring value for money and quality standards are achieved.
  • Monitor health and safety compliance, maintenance budgets, and legal standards.
  • Lead on the charities housing strategy with the support of the CEO.
  • Develop a planned maintenance programme.
  • Work collaboratively across departments and report to the senior leadership team.
  • You'll form part of a small, supportive, and passionate Leadership team.

What you need to apply:

  • Experience in property maintenance, building surveying, contract management, and housing compliance.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • A problem-solver who takes pride in high standards and delivering value for money.
  • Confident communicator and team leader.
  • An understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on women and families.
  • Driving licence and access to a car (essential for travel across Neath Port Talbot).
