Property Portfolio Administrator

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

Salary: £25,396.80

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established property management company dedicated to delivering high-quality services to landlords. They manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Birmingham, Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Cardiff, ensuring excellent standards of property management and tenant satisfaction.

The Role:

Our client is looking for a Property Portfolio Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their property management team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling administrative tasks related to residential lettings and property management.
  2. Managing tenancy applications and agreements.
  3. Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and agents.
  4. Negotiating and finalising tenancy agreements efficiently.
  5. Ensuring all procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  6. Some mobile work may be required, so a full driving licence is essential.

About You:

  1. Experience in estates or property administration is preferred.
  2. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  6. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
  7. Familiar with the local area (or able to learn quickly).
