Property Photographer / Videographer

We are working on behalf of a market leading independent Estate Agency who are looking to eventually bring all of their marketing/media in-house and grow an internal media/marketing department. This exciting position would lead to you becoming Head of Marketing and growing a team under you.

Your main role will be taking professional interior and exterior photography and videography of new properties coming on the market for sale, including floor plans and editing. You will essentially work Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm, but you will need to offer some flexibility for events or evening shoots for prime properties.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct photo and video shoots at various properties, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the Estate Agency brand standards.
2. Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal, ensuring all content is ready for publication on various platforms.
3. Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for shoots.
4. Collaborate with Estate Agents to understand the key selling points of each property and how best to represent them visually.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and coordinating schedules with Estate Agents and homeowners.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends in property photography and videography, incorporating innovative techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
7. Archive photographic and video content, ensuring it is organized and easily accessible for future use.

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience in photography and videography, particularly in property or a similar sector, is advantageous.
2. A portfolio that showcases your ability to capture and edit compelling visual content will be highly regarded.
3. Technical skills: A good understanding of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro is essential.
4. Creative eye: A keen sense of visual composition is crucial. You should be able to see the potential in spaces and convey a property's character through your visuals.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication is key in collaborating with the team and interacting with clients.
6. Adaptability and learning attitude: The property market is ever-evolving, and so are the trends in photography and videography. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and eager to stay updated with the latest trends.
7. Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization in your work is essential.

Remuneration: £35,000.
