Residential Property Paralegal – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: London

Salary: Up to £32k DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded and award-winning team in London. They are seeking a motivated individual to support the residential conveyancing department, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This is a full-time, permanent position offering career development, a supportive working environment, and a competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling client onboarding and client care correspondence, including ID checks and gathering source of wealth/proof of funds.
• Attending client meetings and preparing attendance notes.
• Obtaining title documents and ordering searches.
• Preparing contract packs and drafting replies to enquiries.
• Assisting with the preparation of Reports on Title.
• Drafting SDLT forms, completion statements, invoices, and relevant accounts forms.
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and addressing requisitions.
• Managing pre-completion formalities and closing files.
• Liaising with clients and third parties via phone and email, handling routine queries.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a Residential Property team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
