Property Manager - W. Yorkshire Portfolio - Home based - c£40k
We've just been instructed by one of our long standing Surveying & Property Management clients who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
Based within West Yorkshire, able to travel across the region as required (Bradford etc.). Working fully home based, with excellent Head Office Support (accounts, administration etc.).
Responsibilities include:
- Managing 8 larger buildings totaling 1000 units.
- Undertaking the full range of leasehold management duties, from budget setting to insurance claims and major works.
Buildings within the portfolio are freeholder/developer, all settled and in good order.
Our client is headquartered in London but has a national presence and coverage, having been established and well regarded for many years.
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary around £40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
