Dan Helwig, Inc. is an established 50+ year run local family business. We pride ourselves as being an independent option for real estate services. This could be the perfect position for someone who is a licensed real estate agent who would like to learn all aspects of the real estate industry. Not only can you elevate your real estate knowledge but also have a consistent income while selling your own properties. You will work with 2 other managers to help give flexibility to your schedule. We primarily serve Montgomery Bucks and the outskirts of Philadelphia, but have sold beyond as well!

We are looking to bring on a third Property Manager focused on Maintenance to our team for our Residential Property Management Department. We currently manage over 200 units. We are seeking to have this Property Manager cross-trained in all aspects of the department: maintenance, leasing, and accounting. This is a commission-based, 1099 position that pays once a month. Average commission is about $3,000 to $4,000 per month depending on if additional units are leased or if we are assisting owners with the sales of their investment properties. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, you will have the ability to also list and sell, which increases your income potential. Agents must move their license to our Brokerage. Commission split on independent sales will be determined based on experience and prior productivity.
