Job Title: Property Manager / Inventory Clerk
Location: Horsham
Salary: £26k – £34k DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45 – 18:00 Saturdays (1 in 2 with day back in lieu) – 8:45 – 16:00

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager/Inventory Clerk to oversee the management of properties and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
  2. Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  3. Prepare detailed inventories for properties, documenting fixtures, fittings, and condition reports.
  4. Liaise with tenants and landlords to coordinate move-in and move-out processes, handling inventory check-ins and check-outs.
  5. Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and inventory reports.
  6. Address tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep.
  8. Ensure compliance with property management regulations and safety standards.
  9. Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage financial aspects of property operations.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in property management or inventory control is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
  4. Proficiency in property management software and inventory tracking tools.
  5. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Valid driver’s license for property visits and inspections.
