RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

WOLVERHAMPTON

Basic salary up to £25,000

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Alternate Saturdays 10am to 2pm

Our client is a well-established sales and lettings agency with an enviable reputation for delivering expert service and advice for customers in and around the Wolverhampton area. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced all-round Property Manager to join their busy property management department.

Main duties will include:

  1. Arranging and carrying out a minimum of 5 property inspections per week.
  2. Producing and forwarding findings from inspections.
  3. Conducting a minimum of 10 move-ins and move-outs per month.
  4. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
  5. Managing tenancy renewals and renewal fees from landlords and tenants.
  6. Ensuring Gas Safety Certificates and property inspections are completed on time.
  7. Progressing lets agreed from application to move in, gathering ID and referencing.
  8. Notifying utility companies of new tenancy details and change of occupancy.
  9. Assisting the property management team with maintenance and repair issues.
  10. Effectively handling incoming enquiries and queries from tenants and landlords.
  11. Assisting with residential sales enquiries as required.

You will be required to:
  1. Always act in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  2. Keep up to date with changes in lettings legislation.
  3. Maintain a professional image and excellent communication at all times.
  4. Go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service to all parties.
  5. Work effectively under pressure and to timely deadlines and targets.
  6. Attend all meetings and training courses required by your Line Manager.
