Property Manager

Our excellent client, a successful estate Agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly, hardworking and committed team in their busy office based in Gloucester on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, dynamic office and really contribute to a team player environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily monitoring of a portfolio of properties
2. Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
3. Communicating with clients and tenants
4. Communicating with contractors
5. Booking and completing property visits
6. Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy
7. Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit

Candidate Attributes:

1. Experienced in property management / lettings essential
2. Have the ability to work with all types of people
3. Organised, reliable and proactive
4. Use own initiative and ability to problem solve
5. Must have a driving licence and own car

Salary:

£26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience + free parking
