Job description

Property Manager - We are looking for an experienced property professional to work with a leading real estate and agribusiness consultancy in the UK, specializing in science & technology, sustainability, and modern living solutions.

Atrium Associates is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a Property Manager. The successful candidate will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of properties within the Residential Lettings portfolio, including a wide range of quality properties from one-bedroom apartments to period family homes.

Your Role:
  1. Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors dealing with maintenance issues and any relevant queries.
  2. Arranging contractors and coordinating works for repairs on behalf of landlords and tenants.
  3. Carrying out property inspections and following up with landlords and tenants.
  4. Updating property management software as and when required.
  5. Producing tenancy extensions when required.
  6. Processing invoices.
  7. Providing property management advice.
  8. Organising compliance certificates.
  9. Coordinating move-ins and contacting utility suppliers.
  10. Arranging inventory check in/check out reports and dealing with end-of-tenancy deposit returns/dilapidations.
  11. Preparation and serving of relevant notices.
Requirements:
  1. Full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to frequent travel within the role.
  2. Experience in the same/a similar role within the property field.
  3. Local knowledge of Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
  4. Organised and eloquent with a professional telephone manner.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Confident in working independently, as well as a team player.
Offer:

This role comes with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Including up to 8% matched pension, 28 days holiday (+ bank holidays) as a minimum, along with your birthday off work, up to 11 additional wellness days per year, private medical cover, paid sabbaticals, lifestyle discounts and perks.
