Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Belfast - Full driving licence required

Salary and Benefits: Up to £30k per annum plus Bonus.

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm - Sat 9.30am - 12.30pm on a rota basis

Employment Type: Permanent

The Right Client: Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Business. Fast becoming one of the largest Agencies, providing high levels of customer service to all of their clients. They are seeking a Property Manager to join the successful team.

The Right Role:

  1. Preparation of paperwork for marketing purposes
  2. Advertising properties on all available property portals and Social media platforms
  3. Key Accompanied Viewings
  4. Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings etc.
  5. Preparation of all legally required tenancy paperwork
  6. Registration of Landlords and Security Deposits
  7. Managing the renewal of tenancies
  8. Scheduling, processing, following up property inspections and repairs related to these

The Right Fit:

  1. Previous experience in a Property Environment is essential for this role.
  2. Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
  4. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use
  5. Third level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying
  6. Previous experience in a Property Management role
