A large Housing Association is looking for a Property Management Officer on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Management Executive, you will have the required authority, budget, skills, and support to creatively address the housing needs of your residents.
You will be the main point of contact for residents and will be personally accountable for delivering services in a small area patch.
You will manage service charge estimates, collect rent and service charges, order and manage repairs, manage the estate, and deal with any tenancy or neighbourhood issues that arise.
Where appropriate, you may work with external Managing Agents for the delivery of company standards.
You will meet residents annually to identify their priorities for the year and keep them updated on progress.
Where issues arise that you cannot deal with directly, you will work on behalf of residents and with other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while retaining responsibility for outcomes.
Compensation: Hourly rate PAYE £20.43 and £26.85 Umbrella.
Essential Requirements:
Ideally looking for someone who has worked in property management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to pick things up quickly.
