A market-leading independent agency with over 20 years of success in Reading's property market is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join its flagship office. Known for its high-performing team and commitment to excellence, this powerhouse agency specialises in delivering a bespoke, first-class service to high-end clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience working with premium clientele and will be ARLA or IRPM qualified (or working towards it). This role requires finesse, a proactive and reactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail when handling compliance.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Bonus Potential: Performance-based annual incentives

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home

Location: Landmark office in Reading

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm | Early finish on Fridays

Requirements:

1. Experience in Lettings or Property Management
2. Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
3. Organised, detail-oriented & proactive approach
4. ARLA Propertymark qualification (desirable - support available)
5. Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

1. Manage & maintain a portfolio of residential properties
2. Build strong relationships with landlords & tenants
3. Oversee maintenance issues from start to completion
4. Ensure accurate records & compliance with industry regulations
5. Manage key handovers, property inspections & deposit returns
