They are now looking to recruit a Property Litigator to join the team - our client will consider qualified and non qualified candidates.


THE ROLE:
  1. You will be experienced in Property Litigation with a sound knowledge of both landlord and tenant matters;
  2. Evictions
  3. Liaising with bailiffs
  4. Dealing with possession claims
  5. County Court Proceedings
  6. Ability to manage own caseload

THE CANDIDATE:
