Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate), 8+ Years’ PQE, London, £75,000 - £100,000 (DOE).

OVERVIEW:
  1. A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join a Top 100 law firm with an impressive portfolio of national and international clients.
  2. Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8+ Years’ PQE.
  3. This highly regarded team specialise purely in real estate disputes, acting for both residential and large commercial clients across the UK.
  4. You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of predominantly commercial property disputes along with some complex residential property disputes work.
  5. You will ideally have had exposure in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims or property related professional negligence.
  6. Confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
  7. Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.
  8. Competitive remuneration package on offer.
