Associate – Property Litigation

Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge in a leading national team?

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on and serving break notices, lease renewals, and termination proceedings
• Interpreting and enforcing leases, including arrears recovery and tenant insolvency
• Handling dilapidations, service charge disputes, and possession claims
• Working on development disputes and strategy
• Supporting clients with telecommunications matters, including serving notices and tribunal references
• Marketing and business development involvement – article writing, client training, and networking events

Who They’re Looking For

• Property Litigation experience preferred, but strong commercial or civil litigators looking to specialise will be considered
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, commercial advice in a clear and concise manner
• Confidence in managing key dates, deadlines, and client reporting
• Experience with client portals and case management software is beneficial
• Any experience in telecoms disputes is a plus, but full training will be provided
