Qualifications

Property Litigation Solicitor
A Southampton office of a successful and established private practice has a requirement for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their wider Commercial Litigation department.
The role has excellent career prospects and, due to increased demand within the workload, an additional Property Solicitor is required to manage a full caseload providing advice to clients, including:
- Boundary disputes
- Landlord & Tenant disputes
- Advising upon leases
- Rent renewals and reviews
- Dilapidations
- Break notices
- Builder disputes
- Squatters
The property litigation department requires a Property Litigation Solicitor who can demonstrate good property litigation and dispute resolution experience with strong court process experience and current practice experience.
Salary is dependent upon experience.
